KSM Mining ULC, subsidiary of Seabridge Gold INC., is the holder of the KSM Property. The KSM Project is a proposed gold/copper mine, located 65 kilometres northwest of the town of Stewart, B.C. KSM has completed the environmental assessment process and received approval from the Provincial and Federal governments, recognizing the KSM Project will not result in significant adverse effects.
